Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about a watch order I placed through your website www.supergoods.com on 15th November. As soon as I saw this problem I decided to inform you 
Firstly this order was dilayd. It hed to come at 23.11.16 but I got it at 04.12.2016. Secondly watch was scratched. Scratch is not big but I really don't like this. And the biggest problem is a colour. I ordered a red watch but when I opened the order, I saw that the watch is not red, it was green. I would appreciate  it if you could replace the watch, and include a case.
