Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about a headphones order I placed through your website www.greatshopping.com on 15th November. As soon as I saw this problem I decided to inform you 

Firstly this order was dilayd. It hed to come at 18.10.16 but I got it at 16.11.2016. Secondly headphones was broken. One earphone was notworking.
